Brian MoralesOwner & ChefOwner and chef Brian Morales is a true lover of his craft. A graduate of the Culinary Art Institute of America. Chef Brian's career began in NY, after graduating, he worked in recognized restaurants in Los Angeles such as Broadway Deli as a pastry chef, but he felt a calling to the hot kitchen, so he then attended the Institute of Culinary Education in Manhattan, NY to study cooking. Upon graduating, he started working at
Daniel, a 2 Michelin star restaurant in NY.
He's worked all over the United States, in foodie capitals like Miami where he became a chef at Fratelli Lyon. Brian specialties range in everything from delectable dinners to classic pastries. Years after working across some of the finest culinary institutions in the US, Chef Biran decided to put his skills to the test by starting his own catering and personal chef company here in Steamboat Springs.
